Shipping policy

We ship via the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) method - where the buyer or receiver of our products is responsible for paying the whole fees. Therefore, please check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Pelota Limited holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Pelota Limited. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Pelota Limited delivers these items to the carrier.

We do not currently accept online returns and exchanges internationally. For more information, please contact kitman@pelota.cc.
